Service Description
The Biodynamic Breathwork & Trauma Release System® (BBTRS®) is the protocol I base these sessions on. BBTRS utilizes six powerful elements of healing: breath, movement, sound, touch, emotions, and meditation. Allow me to guide you through breathwork that engages all six elements in various stages of your session to support successful trauma release and integration. NEW 1:1 CUSTOMERS MUST ENROLL IN A PROGRAM: 3-Session Package: $125 per session (Total: $375) 5-Session Package: $110 per session (Total: $550) 10-Session Package: $100 per session (Total: $1,000) Individual sessions ($150 each) are only available to clients who have completed a previous breathwork package (although discounted packages are still recommended).
