Service Description
In Holistic Trauma Integration sessions we openly access my entire toolkit of integration tools - somatic experiencing, meditation, yoga, and breathwork. We collaborate in each session to determine what tool is needed moment-by-moment as we listen to your body and nervous system. Each session will be different, answering your needs in real-time. NEW 1:1 CUSTOMERS MUST ENROLL IN A PROGRAM: 3-Session Package: $125 per session (Total: $375) 5-Session Package: $110 per session (Total: $550) 10-Session Package: $100 per session (Total: $1,000) Individual sessions ($150 each) are only available to clients who have completed a previous prepaid package (although discounted packages are still recommended).
