In-person appointments offer a deeper level of transformation since I am able to use bodywork and sound healing in your session. Somatic Trauma Processing sessions we openly access my entire toolkit of integration tools - somatic integration, meditation, yoga, and Biodynamic Breathwork Trauma Release®. We collaborate in each session to determine what tool is needed moment-by-moment as we listen to your body and nervous system. Each session will be different, answering your needs in real-time.

NEW 1:1 CUSTOMERS MUST ENROLL IN A PROGRAM:
3-Session Package: $125 per session (Total: $375)
5-Session Package: $110 per session (Total: $550)
10-Session Package: $100 per session (Total: $1,000)

Individual sessions ($150 each) are only available to clients who have completed a previous prepaid package (although discounted packages are still recommended). Please see my events for single session experiences in group settings.

Following the initial consultation, clients are required to continue their transformation sessions with a package.
