LIMITED SPACE AVAILABLE
Who: Ages 12+ (contact Cynthia for private events for small children)
What to wear: Comfortable, unrestrictive clothing
What to bring: Yoga mat (available for those who do not own one), a small pillow, and a blanket (limited available). A journal and water are also great to have following the session.
